2. Platform Usage
BudjetStay is a direct host-connect platform that enables travelers to find budget stays in Kerala and communicate with property owners.
The platform facilitates enquiry-based bookings, and does not collect payments on behalf of hosts or travelers.
Users must be 18 years or older to use our services.
3. Host & Traveler Responsibilities
For Travelers
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during an enquiry is accurate.
The final booking agreement is between you and the host. BudjetStay does not guarantee any specific outcome of your stay.
For Hosts
Hosts must provide accurate and updated details about their properties, including pricing and availability.
Hosts are responsible for fulfilling bookings and ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.
As per GST regulations in India, hosts must comply with applicable tax laws and are responsible for their own tax obligations.
4. Jet Enquiry & Enquiry
Jet Enquiryallows travelers to receive an instant callbackfrom hosts.
Standard Enquiryensures hosts respond within 24 hourswith pricing and availability details.
BudjetStay does not guarantee host responses and is not responsible for any non-responses or delays.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
As BudjetStay does not handle payments, cancellation and refund policies are determined directly by the hosts
Travelers must communicate with the respective host for cancellation requests.
6. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from
- - Providing false or misleading information.
- - Using BudjetStay for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
- - Posting inappropriate content or engaging in abusive behavior towards hosts or travelers.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process user data as per our Privacy Policy.
Personal information shared during an enquiry is used solely for communication between travelers and hosts.
8. Liability Disclaimer
BudjetStay is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses arising from bookings made through the platform.
- We do not own or operate any listed properties and act solely as a directory for direct host connections.
- Hosts are solely responsible for complying with Indian taxation laws, including GST filing if applicable.
9. Modification of Terms
BudjetStay reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kerala courts.
