Welcome to BudjetStay.com. By using our platform, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. BudjetStay.com is a direct inquiry platform that connects travelers with hosts for budget-friendly stays in Kerala. We do not process payments or act as a booking intermediary.

Use of the Platform

  • Travelers can explore various stay options, send inquiries, and communicate directly with hosts.
  • Any agreement or booking confirmation is solely between the traveler and the host.
  • BudjetStay.com does not guarantee room availability, pricing, or host responses.

Inquiry and Booking Process

  • Travelers can use two types of inquiry methods:
  • a) Jet Enquiry – Instant callback from the host, followed by confirmation.
  • b) Standard Enquiry – Host may respond within 24 hours, subject to availability.
  • Booking confirmation, pricing, and cancellation policies are determined solely by the host.

No Hidden Fees & Direct Negotiation

  • BudjetStay.com does not charge travelers any booking fees or hidden charges.
  • Travelers can negotiate pricing directly with the host for the best deals.

Tax and Additional Charges

  • Travelers should confirm with the host whether any local taxes or additional charges apply.
  • BudjetStay.com is not responsible for any additional costs beyond the agreed price with the host.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Since BudjetStay.com does not process payments, all cancellations and refunds must be handled directly with the host.
  • We recommend confirming the host's cancellation policy before booking.

Host Responsibilities

  • Hosts are responsible for maintaining accurate information, pricing, and availability.
  • BudjetStay.com does not verify or guarantee the quality of stays or services provided by hosts.

Traveler Responsibilities

  • Travelers must provide accurate contact details for inquiries.
  • Any disputes regarding stay conditions, pricing, or host behavior must be resolved directly with the host.
  • Travelers are expected to respect the property rules and policies set by the host.

Liability Disclaimer

  • BudjetStay.com is a directory service and does not hold liability for any disputes, damages, cancellations, or
    • miscommunications between travelers and hosts.
  • Travelers are advised to verify all details with the host before confirming a stay.

Modification of Terms

  • BudjetStay.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
